Seems like kind of a broad question. Are you watching the tegu for someone, or are you wanting a temp enclosure for another reason, why just two weeks?

More information please. It's that time a year when I'd expect most argentines(reds included) to be in brumation. If that's the case you could just put the tegu in an appropriately sized holding bin and put that in a cool room/closet for the 2 weeks. Of course, you wouldn't want to do this is the GU is still in active basking/feeding mode so more information is needed.

Absoloutly right. I think you should be fine with that solution as long as its not too young because that can distress it
    Plz thank if this helped

Thanks for all the replies. Cause I wanted to get one tomorrow or Saturday from someone an since my job only pays me every other week money's tight. An in the next 2 weeks I was gonna plan on the permanent cage an when I get paid next, build him one.

Do you already have the needing lighting for it? If it is still active you will need the appropriate teps setup for it to bask even in a temp enclosure. I wouls suggest getting the proper enclosure established before bringing home any animal.
