Weird looking eye on my baby BP

Hello. I just wanted to ask or at least see if anyone knew what this is or anything I can do about it. I have a baby pastel ball python she is 3 and 1/2 months old, eats every week and she shed twice. And out of the two times, she shed both eye caps. But when I look at her eyes it's black and it looks like it had old eye caps or it looks like cracking? But she shed both eye caps off both times? Anyone know what I can do or what this is? Thanks.

What is your humidity at? Does she have access to fresh water? Sounds to me like she could possibly be dehydrated?
