    Bonre up on your bull snake husbandry, as they have different requirements than ball pythons.

    Yeah, it means he saved extra money for a vet trip. I'd get it checked out for parasites, considering its shady origin.
    If you ever feel you can't keep him, look into local rescues or a reputable/knowledgeable keeper.

    you should also check you local laws. bull snakes are not legal to keep in every state.
