Well I saw Tigergenesis post on rescued bp down in the For Sale forum and after talking w/ the guy who runs the rescue I knew " Cookie" needed to come on home here and live.
She has a link posted so you can take a look at him.
Now I need to come up w/ a new name because I can't call a male bp Cookie.
He is about 21" and doing good.
He was left w/ another larger bp in a 10 gal tank for at least 2 mos or more w/ no food or water in a trailer that the renter had fled. He had about 4 layes of shed on him. So much he cracked when he moved.
He is eating well and friendly and loves to roam around and sleep on top of his hides. Only one thing that they haven't been able to get him to do is feed out of the cage, other than that he is eating well on mice and rat pups but he sems to prefer mice. f/t of course.
Steve is gonna send me feeding pics tomorrow.
He has some beautiful Iggys for adoption check out the website.
There is a link in the post in the for sale forum.
    I can't wait

I am a sucker for a cute face and a sad story and happen to have a empty set up just waiting for him

I'll say it again - I'm sooooo happy for you both!

Here's a link to a pic and info on 'Cookie' - and also the 2 beautiful Iggys that need homes. Steve, the guy who runs the rescue is great! He also builds cages and hides - I met him on another forum and he is building some custom hides for my BlueTongue Skink I'm getting soon.

Here's a link to 'Cookie' and the Iggys:

Here's a link to the cool hide Steve built for my skink:

    Thanks.
The rescue says he is very active day and night and hardly ever goes in his hide but sleeps on top. If this is the case he will be a big contrast from Ozzy who prefers to be left alone and in the dark
