    Close call on wrapped cord

Had my Pieds pipping their heads out the other day and last night 4 of them were out. The 5th was not out. Checked on it and I'll be darn it had the cord wrapped around its neck. I pulled it gently out of the egg and luckily I was able to push it's head back through the wrapped cord completely freeing the little thing.

It did not look too full of life this morning and I had upped the rack to 92F hoping it would absorb more of the yolk sac. I expected to come home to a perished baby Pied, but it has absorbed most of the sac and is full of energy. Close call on the little one, but I think he will be just fine

Good job on fixing the problem.

It doesn't seem to have done him any harm bless.
