She's shed a few days ago so I weighed her and to my surprise she was just shy of 700 grams and looking great. She would eat a lot more but I want her to grow nice steady.

Nice girl and glad you're growing her up at a steady pace. This way she won't go off feeding if you try to plump her up really fast. Not that it always happens, but I know people that it has happened to.
