Nice collection! I especially like the Lemonbacks. Your outdoor pic of the Axanthic is the first pic I've seen of a larger Axanthic that didn't look brown. I think indoor lighting, even with a light tent browns them out. I've seen many adult Axanthics that looked brown in pics look much better when I then see them in person.

Some nice looking balls! Your lemonbacks are NICE! That Hypo girl is gorgeous! Too bad your cinnie didn't go for you this season. I bet she gives you a big ole awesome clutch next season. She's huge!

Thanks all! The outdoor pictures of some of the darker morphs bring out their true colors, I think, where as lighter colored ones in sunlight end up getting washed out. Those can be taken outside but need to be in shade with ambient sunlight as opposed to direct sunlight. Thanks Andrew! As you know, it was you that introduced me to lemonbacks and as a result you are indirectly the reason that I picked up the lemonbacks and not fires, so thanks for that! I'm hoping for at least 6 eggs from her and maybe 10 from my het hypo girl. I'll be putting my male pastel to the cinnie and my sable het hypo to my het hypo girl. Fingers crossed for a male hypo sable to put with my female pin het hypo when she is big enough!

Hey Bruce. A thought occurred to me after looking at your signature.

It appears that you like VPI Axanthics. Think about what a Axanthic Lemonback will look like. You might want to consider picking up a nice homo female to pair him up with when she's ready. I think that combo would be really hot and I don't particularly care for Axanthics. That project just might convert me.
