Largest Mediterranean gecko I've seen yet

So I was letting my dog out for the night, and I saw the biggest one I've ever seen!! Didn't have my phone or is have a pic, but the body was 7" long with 3 inch tail, the head was about 3/4 inch across, I've seen him twice but this was the first that he was along my brick wall for a good measurement, largest yet and I don't think I'll see bigger, just had to share!

I've seen some giant geckos in my day, and I may have encountered a beast that big, but alas, I only saw him as he was fleeing.
A little off topic, but I think there may be morphs for house geckos that no one notices. I have dark specimens that live on my back porch and my flowerbed, but I can find some "hypos" (few spots, pink and slightly transparent) on my front porch.
