    It wouldn't hurt to do this to check and see whats going on just to be safe. Then if it is a broken tooth ect you can make a vet appointment. Is He/She having problems eating, like striking with the bite and holding down on it?

    This is kind of like people saying about some super cinny ect having duck bills and some people say no its just because of the color of the snake and how you're looking at it.

    Certainly looks a bit puffy, or at least thicker than a normal ball but if pics from THAT long ago show the same and the lil guy was eating fine then I wouldn't panic. Of course vigilance is the best medicine Best of luck!
