Sorry. That was wierd. Everytime I hit 'submit' I was directed to the websites home page and my post didn't show so I didn't think it had worked.

Guess it did...and then again...and then again

My BP is the sweetest snake! I just wish he didn't hide quite as much as he does. I'm not a night owl so I only get to see him come out for a bit each night. But I still love him!

Yeah I used to be a night owl, not anymore though. I get to see Elysia for an hour or 2 at night before I go to sleep, and for about 30min during the day when I handle her. She used to hide under the newspaper alot but the last few days shes been in her hides, she is such a good girl ^_^

And Leila was pretty adventurous when we first put her in her tank but she finally settled down, where else, but under the newspaper lol. But its much easier to find her considering shes 3 times the size of Elysia ^_^ We will have to get heavier hides so she can't move them around. I don't think she feels safe in the plastic ones.

I was wondering that too. I found only one place that said miami could have a tan background, all the other sources I found said a silver-gray backgroun. She's gorgeous either way.

Beautiful corn snake!! That place you talked about sounds awesome! You should write about them in the Inquirey forum with their name and location so anyone else local to you can find them!

Tiger, I fixed the weird blip for ya. I had it do that to me once the other day, too. Guess the server had gas or something. LOL

Hate to disappoint ya Alkaurkharim, but I would have to agree. That is a very nice looking Normal Corn. Sorry, but it does not look like a Miami Phase. If it is, it has a lot of Normal Corn genes in it. Miami Phase Corns have a Grey background with the reddish orange saddles. they do not have any orange in their background color. But a very Nice looking snake non-the-less. Here is a Miami Phase Corn

I am well aware that a typical Miami Phase has a silver ground color and red saddles. But they can also have tan backgrounds as well. I have had 3 breeders including my own, say that it is indeed a miami phase. Here is another pic of a tan miami phase for reference.
