    Titan in his new home

It's been about a week and Titan seems to like his viv. 3x2x2 is much better than a 18l rub lol

Were going to get some bigger hides on Saturday, as he only just fits inside these ones !!

Pardon my ignorance here, but most (or all?) of those plants are fake, no?

What makes this a vivarium? And do people frequently keep balls in vivariums?

I ask because I like building complex, bioreactive setups with running water and plants and lighting and whatnot, but I've never considered trying to keep a ball in one. Just turtles n' frogs n' watersnakes so far.

Sorry to derail, just got me thinking.

Very nice setup. Just make sure you take the time required to clean and disinfect it, and everything in it, once a month or so.

Could it be that what we in the UK would call a viv might not be what you guys would. They are all fake / silk plants with cork bark.

While were one the subject .... Royal Python is a much better name than Ball !! Hahahahahaha

All of my snakes have a similar setup and they all get cleaned / disinfected every 3-4 weeks. I usually change a few things around at the same time, which gives them some variety.

Cool little Royal, and I like the setup. I provide fake plants for both my son's Royal and my boa. I like the look of it and seeing as how I only have 2 snakes to deal with cleaning and maintaining doesn't become a hassle.

Really nice setup you have. When I first started I was into the more natural looking habitats. It became far to inconvenient with all these snakes, ahhhhh! But I definitely appreciate them still and love the looks and the work that goes into them. Great job!
