The Western Fence Lizards of Santa Barbara

I had the pleasure to visit one of the homes of my financially gifted friends.


There were some really adorable fence lizards who seemed eager to pose. These little guys were far from shy, I got the camera right in their faces and they were unfazed.

Gah! I love these guys. Last time I was in SB I caught dozens. Using the lasso trick. Tying a little lasso out of a grass stem, slip it over the lizard's shoulders, they don't even notice!
