    Updated dinker project photos...

This is a fun little project in the making...nothing groundbreaking, and more than likely something that's been around a little while, but fun nonetheless.

This male is a CH import, I bought him from the original owner, who had never gotten around to breeding him. At first I was thinking along the lines of granite, sable, or chocolate...but i really doubt he is any of them...Bred him to a het red axanthic female, ended up with 1.0 odd baby, 1.1 very subtle but odd enough, and 0.1 het red axanthic. I kept the 1.0 odd baby and 0.1 subtle but odd enough, gave away 1.0 subtle but odd enough, and unfortunately the 0.1 het red didn't make it. So, here are a few pics...

    CH import male

    Really cool 1.0

And, subtle, but odd enough 0.1...at 200+ grams, she's really starting to pop. The other subtle one in the clutch was pretty much identical to her minus the neck spot...

    thanks for looking!

Thanks...won't find out for a while yet, but I think 2 and 3 are the same, same head marking, same neck spot, same belly pattern and body pattern tendencies...only 2 is obviously much more extreme.

Anyhow, here is another step towards figuring it out, blonde pastel female on 4 eggs, sired by the CH male...

I bet whatever it is will look really sweet with the Pastel thrown in. Can't wait to see the babies.
