    Breeding hornworms???

I'm looking for a very thorough and informative guide to breeding hornworms. If someone could link me to some good guides, or perhaps give me one of their own, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Re: Breeding hornworms???

I don't think you can breed them. They're irradiated to be infertile before being imported. They're an invasive species? Or something like that.

You would be able to breed silkworms, but they're really difficult as far as I understand.

The hornworm does not actually breed. The adults pupate and emerge as Hawk Moths. The moths breed and lay eggs which hatch in 2-3 days.
