The female has since shed, and looks a lot brighter, like the male. They SHOULD turn out very pale, with a lot of orange.

That's one of the babies from the same parents from a few years ago. Much higher contrast than the usual Malayans you get.

The Dad is pretty similar too, he's got more of a purple tone with an orange stripe.

I think it depends on the locale, these are Thai. Which are supposed to be the prettiest and have higher contrast than most other Malayans.

So cheap too, for something that isn't all that common.
