    Cool Herping in my living room again!

    Find this little guy in my living room today and caught it before the dogs did.



    After getting a little crazy and biting me he settled down and let me take a few more pics outside.

    Herping in my living room again!

    Those lil guys are cool. They're skinks right? I found some around my grandparents house in NC before. How'd you catch him? The ones i saw were wicked fast

    Yes it is a 5 lines skink.

    As far as catching him it was me or the dogs when I cornered him so that might have helped.

    Second one I catch in the house in the last 6 month.

    We have those here in GA, but ours are black with blue lines, and a SUPER bright blue tail. Are they the same kinda skink? I've tried catching these guys before, nuh uh, they're the Usain Bolts of the reptile world. lol

    We found one outside while working in the flower beds. You know it's spring when the skinks come around.

    It's also a she. No blue tail.
