Yep yep, were keeping an eye out for a nice LARGE vision for him. Getting ready to move a few snakes from tanks to tubs and open up some space for a larger area for him. Found some visions on CL today, just a tad to small though

Gonna have to wait until the end of the year or so, hopefully I will have bought a house by then, lol buying a 3 bedroom this time, keep needing more and more space as we go along..

I was thinking of doing and outside "house" pretty much build a large shed and have it just for him

Pookie, may I ask why on earth you purchased an animal that you cannot provide for correctly until "The end of the year"???

Monitors grow FAST, many species are adults in a year (or extremely close)

My monitors peaked at a growth rate of one inch per week.

Why is it any of your business why I purchased him? I cannot start building a large enclosure specifically for him until the end of the year, when I move into a new house, I will be getting a new tank/vision for him before then.

A Vision for a V. salvator is a total waste of money. Even an outdoor shed is going to be too small for that animal.

    16 x 8 x 6 would be okay, bigger if possible.

Did you even know what you were buying when you purchased it???
