    Dinker female opinions please...

Here are some pics of my big girl, very unusual patterning on her - not sure what to make of it. What do you think?

I think that's a normal with a nice pattern/colour. I'm not really sure there's enough going on there to merit an entire dinker project, just pair her with a nice male and you'll get nice babies.

Yeah, she's got some pretty granite flecking going on.

Now the trick is, will she pass it on. About 90% of the time, it doesn't pass on. Still, she's pretty enough to dink around with just to see what happens. I've got a sweet blushed normal female with no speckling to speak of, and a fire male with a tiny little bit of flecking, and out of their first clutch together 75% of the babies had granite speckling. So you never know what might pop out of a clutch.

She's a little dark for my personal tastes, but with those sweet belly flames she'd be great to put to a yellowbelly male. And if she passes the granite flecking, her yellowbelly offspring should be killer!

She's pretty. I would call her a reduced normal.
