I was going to get a jungle carpet python before I decided to get a BCI. I think I am going to save up and buy one from snakemuseum.com. They have a high yellow color and it would look really attractive in one of my genious aboreal setups I think i will share this picture with you ..

I am thinking of buying a pair of yearling JCP's, preordering them from a reputable local breeder and picking them up at the reptile show here this weekend. The price is significantly reduced because they are "average looking", which as far as I'm concerned is still pretty darn nice. The male will cost $100CDN, and the female $140CDN, which seems like a pretty good deal to me. Here are pics of them:
    Male

    Female
~40 Ball Pythons (mostly Freeway/Asphalt, Bongo, GHI, and Leopard combos)
3.8.3 Green Tree Pythons (mostly TM/TW blueline, a few Highland/Wamena)
    1.2 Children's Pythons
    1.2 Cay Caulker Boas
    1.2 Black Fuli House Snakes
1.0.4 Amazon Tree Boas (1x tiger, 3x halloween garden, 1x garden)

    Very nice!
Looks like a JCP x Diamond though. I love carpet pythons... I'll be getting one on August 7th (reptile expo)

    My first reptile show!!!

Well, I didn't end up getting the JCP's after all... I saw some of them at the show, and decided that I'd rather wait to get some Cay Caulker boas as I don't feel like I can handle breeding both of these on top of house snakes and monitors. They are very nice though and I may end up getting just a single one sometime down the road.
