How do you feed your large collection?

Now that we are getting in the upper 50's with animals I'm just look for the most efficient way to feed all said animals. What does everyone here use for a method?

I set all of my F/T out at lunch and then as soon as they are thawed enough to be warm I split them up into zip-loc bags and let them set in warm water until warm enough.

All answers/posts are appreciated, hopefully this give some other folks some good ideas as well.

Breeding rats and we feed live

We thaw in warm->hot water over an hour or so and then feed all at one and defrost more as we need them. We have about 6 snakes currently on live which is much easier. I think after a certain point F/T becomes impractical due to time and PITA factor and breeding rats becomes way more cost effective (0.1-0.2 cents/rat) and time efficient. Personally, at this point I have no interest or place to breed rats so have some deals with local breeders.

All but two of mine eat f/t so I buy in bulk about every ~4 months and thaw out and feed at night on my feeding days (which is almost everyday since feeding everyone on the same day would take hours lol)

Me and my bf started breeding rats on a small scale for those that will only take live and he plans to euthanize and freeze the extras.

We breed and feed live, and have a CO2 chamber also for bulk pinky/fuzzy packs for the leos and any babies that need assist feeding. When we have more rats than we need we CO2 them and sell them.

A few animals will eat live and F/T which allows me to euthanize and freeze any surplus I may have and feed those F/T to them.

I am just going to toss in an opinion here, My methods don't really apply as I have only 12. Mine is a thought on the end.

I will not buy an animal that is not feeding F/T there are a large number of people I know that feel the same, for the general person F/T is far easier and far simpler than live. It is something to keep in mind that clients may have a preference to what the animal has been fed on and closing a market may have an impact. I can't tell you whom your target market is that is for you to say. It is something to keep in mind.

I have a couple hundred ball pythons and they all eat frozen thawed. I take the bags out fo the freezer and let them defrost and then warm them up in hot water. I don't find it a hastle at all, it works well for me. It is expensive but I'd rather not breed rodents, plus I can use that room for more snakes!

I'm sure that a lot of people do feed F/T, but I think that only a small minority of those in that group will refuse to buy a snake because it is not on F/T. It certainly isn't worth feeding an entire collection F/T if you breed your own rodents just because you might miss a sale or two. I've found that it isn't that difficult to switch from P/K to F/T (I occasionally run out of appropriate size rats) so I'm not sure why that is even a concern.
