    Who is the Best?

Funny question huh? I was wondering who do you personally feel is the best Ball Python Breeder in the US? I ask that this be a FUN Opinion based thread with only GOOD comments on who you think deserves this recognition?

What are the criteria to declare someone to be the best?

Is it a large number of animals?

Is it the mutations they own?

The number of first combos they produced?

    Their customer service?

    The quality of their animals?

Public figure with well known name?

The best to me are the ones I do or would not hesitate to do business with, those people may not be well known, may not have a huge collection, may not have been the first one to produce something, but it does not matter to me.

Honestly, because customer service and quality of animals is most important to me, I'm going to have to say BHB.

I was watching Brian's youtube show long before I got my first bp and I loved him then. Reading up on all of the people who have done business with him also confirms the excellent ways that not only the customers are treated, but the animals as well.

Brian really seems to love each and every one of his animals and I respect that. Especially from a big-name breeder.

    Re: Who is the Best?

Ive only had a ball for 4 days! Well its my six year olds birthday present but being he is six daddy has to do a bit of the work. Which I love. We live in Michigan and I have to say I have no prior experience with any other breeders. BHB is amazing. My sons snake ate two days after we got him (live.) He has been handled a bit, we gave him about 36 hours after he ate before his first time out of the enclosure but darn its a great snake. Everyone at BHB was super helpful and shared a ton of info with both my kids. My wife even held a snake for the first time. Im sure there are a lot of breeders out there that do a great job but for me Ill never look anywhere else than BHB. Ive seen it first hand they love and care for every snake as if it were their own pet.
    BHB!!!!!!
P.S Brian is one of the nicest most sincere guys Ive ever met. Went out of his way to teach and share with my 3 and 6 year old all about snakes as did his staff!
