What else can I do?
Well once again my mojave refused a meal. I "cut off" this container with cardboard so its smaller and for the 4th time in a row he has turned down a meal. All the other times he didnt even acknowledge the rat pup. This time he seemed REALLY interested and even got into striking position but nothing happened. What else can I try? Should I be worried at this point?

Are you moving him to feed? That's not necessary. You can feed him in his enclosure, that will probably help a lot.

Can you give some background information? Temps, enclosure, age/weight, what other prey items you have tried?
4 weeks isn't that long to go without a meal.

I do feed him in his container but other people thought it was kind of big so i put a wall up and its now smaller. 80 degrees on the cooler side 89 on the warm side. He is from November 2012 and is currently at 107 grams. Ive only tried rat pups because the breeder said thats what he was feeding him. Also I got a spider from the same person the same day and he eats every time. I also have a normal that never misses a meal. The mojave is the only one not eating and he is very active.

Try mice. I know you said hat the breeder was feeding it rats, but sometimes they switch. I purchased a proven breeder female albino that the breeder said would only eat mice and had never taken a rat. When I received her I fed her mice for a couple of weeks just to get her eating for me. Then I tried rats. She hasn't eaten mice since. Sometimes A change in their home changes their taste.

Anything you change can effect their desire to eat, even changing the water bowl can bother some of them.
How about describing the set up in detail, maybe that's the issue causing him not to eat.

Well the container is a 28 qt. but i made it smaller by placing a cardboard wall. He has two identical hides. I also taped newspaper to the sides of his container to give him more privacy.

And I know 4 weeks isnt a long time without food for a snake but wasnt sure about a snake this small.

28qt tub is not too big, I don't usually do this but I have a 200 gram baby in a 41qt tub with a small hide and water bowl and he eats just fine.
How are your temps?
Warm end ambient?
Cool end ambient?
Directly on the hot spot?
