I'm a fan of pretty much anything they do lol. Saw them live years ago, then saw them again opening for kings of Leon in 2011. I'm hooked on them and KOL now.

Slipknot- All Hope is Gone. Alot of Metal fans here! I lover all kinds of music though. I like the Black Keys and Mumford and Sons too. I never would have thought to listen to English folk music, but I heard them ob VH1.

I've been listening to a lot of mellower music lately, so I bought these:

Coheed & Cambria - Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume II: No World For Tomorrow
Coheed & Cambria - The Second Stage Turbine Blade
Coheed & Cambria - The Afterman: Ascension (I was really let down by this album. None of the songs really do it for me)
Between The Buried And Me - The Parallax II: Future Sequence
Mastodon - Crack The Skye (Love this album!)
Katatonia - The Great Cold Distance

    Helllll yeah same here!!!

Sorry guys I can't stand anything the black keys make. There was a guy obsessed with them at work, that was all he listened to (literally). That's when I first figured out my hatred for them.

I do however respect people's music choices. I know some of the greatest people listen to the weirdest music.

I myself have taken a weird plunge into Circa Survive. Which I hated at first, but they're music has a way of moving through you!! Once you get over Anthony Greens' voice you'll be glad you did the drums, guitar, bassist all have an incredible gift of hearing/making great music.

Those Mumford & Sons guys sure are popular. Not my "cup o' beer", but my Wife loves their stuff. She tolerates my "noise", so I return the favor.
We gave our Son, 5, a cheap turntable. Bought him an armload of used records from the local record shop (yes, they DO still exist!), and all he wants to spin is Dokken-Under Lock And Key. Vinyl just...sounds better, imo! Plus it keeps his hands off my Sony t-table!

Anybody else in here collect vinyl?? Always looking to buy, sell, and trade!
