    Possible dinker/marker?

    Hi, I recently acquired this normal female.
    Please see link to pic bellow, note the two symetrical yellow spots on her nose and the light markings on her head.
    Has anyone seen these markings before?
    I will post better picks as soon as I figure out how to upload pics from iPhone.

    Thanks

    Possible dinker/marker?

    I'm not seeing spotnose there at all. Just because a BP has spots on its lip like that doesn't make it a spotnose.

    Post full body pics and belly pics. At most right now it looks like a cool blackback. Almost identical to one I produced actually. Same lip spots too. You'll just have to breed it to see if its anything genetic.

    Looks kinda like a black back. Need more picks though. Definitely dinker worthy.

    Thanks for your comments.
    I will take some more pics tonight.
    I am planning on pairing her with my superpastel or butter if she gets big enough this season.
    It's summer here (South Africa) at the moment and she is at 1000g so I still have a good few months of feeding.

    Hi,

    Definitely not a spotnose. I call them boogers.

    Here is mine;

    Check out the head markings an the location of the spot on the nose with an actual spotnose.

    Aw! I love the booger nose! My Elmo has boogers, too, and identical head and belly markings as your snake. It's just a normal variance amongst normal ball pythons. Nothing genetically special, they just pop up from time to time.
