It looks to me like possibly scar tissue, how long has it been there and does he rub on his screen or have anything "rough" in his enclosure that he rubs during a shed?... I could be wrong.
I don't mind living in a man's world as long as I can be a woman in it.

That is a nose bump. Its caused from your bp rubbing his/her nose on the top of her container she is living in. If there is sharp edge's from drilling air holes or plastic protruding from a lid, she could be cruising her tub and rubbing her nose on that stuff. Its swelling. If you put her in a rack system or container with a smooth top it should go away over time.

Like all my snakes, they are kept in sterilite tubs, but not in a rack system. The only thing I can think of is from the holes in the tub. I'll have to check that out!!

I'd also guess it's from rubbing. Polysporin (Original, blue tube without antibiotics or pain relief) everyday, and eliminate any places the ball could be rubbing it's face. Should clear up in 3-4 sheds

Is it just me, or the picture, but it looks like a chunk of "meat" is missing on upper jaw by the eye???

As for the nose, looks like rub.

    What is this weird bump?

Looks like part of the pattern, to me. But I see what you mean

Thanks for the advice. I won't worry so much now. Just to clarify, that "meat" part is just part of his pattern

My male pastel had this a while back. I think he was rubbing it on something. I left it alone and it went away on its own. Took a couple months.
