It's the little moments...

So, while taking a smoke break (yea, that new years resolution went well) anyways, while having a smoke out back I notice 2 grass lizards puffing up at each other. Ridging their backs up, in what I assume, was a battle over a mate/territory. So, being the awesome person I am, I decided they needed theme music for their battle royale.

BADA da da dum dum dum dum dum da dum

As I start my battle music for them, they evidently really get in the scene. Hissing, circling each other and lunging, into an epic tumbling wrestle move. The victor stands tall, with his dark coloration, and high ridge, proudly flaunting his big red throat of sexy/manlyness, while the other male scurries off to hide his embarrassed face.

Good fight dark gladiator, may the ladies flock to your victorious display!

I clapped and cheered for him, and he gave me a grateful bob of his head, as he swaggered over to his won love interest waiting in the bushes.

The end. Yay!

So I had an idea, and rather than making a new thread, I'll see if anyone notices it here and feels like participating.

Little moments are great. Lets share some little stuff that makes you smile during the day, or chuckle, or sinisterly laugh...whatever floats your boat!

Just now I got out of bed to find my (formerly antisnake) husband on the pc. He is browsing / reading articles on wobp! Made me feel all fluffy inside yay!

Anyway, anything special happen recently that made you smile?

I rolled my friend's pet hedgehog onto it's back and it couldn't get up. Haha hedgehogs are so weird.

3rd hand smoke is real in other words.

I remember being certain that the UPS guy at our store has the hots for me because he honked at me every time he saw me outside. After a few months, I learned they have to beep when they're backing up. This didn't happen recently, but I thought about it today when I was outside when he pulled up.

Once, I was walking by the Liberty Tax building. You know how they have those stupid people dress up like the Statue of Liberty and wave people in as they're driving by? Well, I thought the guy was putting his hand up for a freaking High Five and never one to disappoint, I gave him one. Only he was actually waving people in a passing car!

I have lots of "Little Moments". In reading your posts, I suspect that you're also the type. It's nice to know you're not alone

Many, many "little moments" things just tend to make me smile a lot. Usually silly stuff. I just chalk it up to being extra awesome

Now I want to go walking by the liberty guys and gals high fiving them...
