    Female Burm mating behavior

    So I have had my burms together for a few months now and Lady, my female burm is acting territorial and coiling a lot, is she about to lay eggs, I am new to this so any advice would be appreciated thanks

    I'm no expert when to comes to burms, but if they are as young as you said in your other thread, they are probably too young to be breeding.

    According to the Burm caresheet on this site they don't become sexually mature until they are 18 months - 4 years old.

    Are you really ready for 20-80+ Burmese python eggs?

    It would probably be best to separate them until they are older/tamer.

    These are completely separate set of burms, I have an 8ft male and a 9 1/2 foot female. Both healthy and over 4 years old. I have owned over 75 snakes in my past. This is just my first attempt at breeding them.and Yes, I have a custom rack, and selling them will be a breeze as I only know of one guy here in Colorado breeding them.
