RIP 5oh
I woke up today to find that he was gone. I had never really wanted a guinea pig, I considered them too noisy and smelly. But I got my girlfriend one for her birthday 2 years ago because she really wanted one. And over time he grew on me.
I came to love his sounds, his clicks and whistles, his LOVE of hay. I adored how he would try and eat my hair any chance he got. I laughed and laughed at how he would chase the cats around the room trying to play with them.
And now.......there is just silence coming from his cage. No more whistles to greet me when I come home, no more shrieking at the smell of hay.
RIP buddy, I'll miss you.
