    Trade?

I have a little 100 gram male mojave ball python for sale, and someone just offered a trade for their 6' female anery BCI. I'm still pretty clueless on boa morphs, so is this a good trade? I have no idea what anery's are worth, and the only thing I could find was a baby for $125 and an adult male for $300. Since anery is recessive, I don't know if it would be a good trade for us or not. We could always resell, but I don't know how hard it is to sell full grown boas?
Should I make the trade or pass?

As many others have told me here, do what makes you happy

I just traded a 1.1 pair if het g stripes for a BCI hog island boa. While I think just the female would have been worth the trade both makes my end a little crappy, deal wise, but I didn't have them in any plans or anything so I traded them and I am happy. Sad to see some lived animals go but if I'm going to get in this industry I have to get used to it now!!!

Females can attain lengths of 8-9 feet and should have a minimum cage size of 5x2x2 or similar....

A 6 foot female should not be less than 3 years old.

    Both very important to consider!

But as far as basic value, an adult female anery BCI for a 100gm male mojave is about an equal trade in my opinion. Maybe even favors you - you're getting an adult female for a juvenile male. If you want to work with boas, if you pick up a hypo het anery male, you can make ghosts which are a very nice morph - and that's only the tip of the iceberg as anerys combine well with several genes.
