New Addition (Golden Gecko)

Picked me up a golden gecko (Gekko ulikovski) today at the petshop for 8 bucks. I wanted another pet that was more about observing, not so much handling and caring for. This guy is absolutely awesome, about 4 inches long (will get up to 8 ). They are an aboreal gecko, hardly ever touch the floor. I'll get a picture up after he turns back to gold, cuz' right now he's so pissed at me he's purple as a plumb.

I've seen them at stores -- they're cool-looking geckos. I understand they're not so good with handling or with community habitats, though, so it's good you wanted one for observing rather than interacting with. Hope he settles in well and colors up for ya.
