Part of the lost snake club...
I swore it would never be me, but unfortunately my hubby left the top unlocked and my Dante is no where to be found....
I'm so heartbroken, and I feel horrible... I hope I find him before its to late, at least being a corn he can handle temperatures better...

Just in case anyone was wondering..
my Dante has returned! My husband went to lay a rat down for her just in case and found her coming out from behind the fridge and trying to drink the dogs water...

So good to hear! And trust me, you're not the only one in the lost snake club. When Monty got out I nearly had a panic attack. He was my dopiest snake (would just cruise off into the great yonder, whether it be around a person or off ledges) so I kept having daymares about him hiding in the recliner and getting crushed by a roomate. Turns out they'd gotten him out without telling me and left the tub not quite latched. My fault for not having a more secure enclosure (people would be more likely to close an exo-terra, or a rack with padlocks or something) but he turned up a couple days later hiding behind the couch. Total relief, but still an experience I don't plan to repeat (padlocks it is! )

Re: Part of the lost snake club...
Yay for finding Dante! I had two escapes a day apart. It ended up being a failure of design on the snake rack I had built. So it went back for modification and I've had no break out since the beginning of September -knock on wood-
