So far it is much easier to deal with. It has a 3 piece sump, 2x fuges and a filter/return sump. 4x54watt t5 and 2x kessil a150. Mostly high end zoas, a few sps pieces, a few open brains, chalices, anemones etc. MP40, MP10 and a Tunze nano wave box.
You know the deal. Pics or it didn't happen!

Wow, stellar looking tanks guys!! We had a salt tank a long time ago. The fish corals and stuff are so pretty, but so much work.

Once you get it dialed in they really aren't much work at all. on my 180 i spend maybe 1 hr a week on maintenance.

THis^
There is a learning curve but once you are dialed in its not so bad. Plus there are really cool controllers that do most of the work for you.
I spend way more time admiring my tank than I do working on it.

Back when I had a lot more money kicking around I had an awesome saltwater tank. My roommate in college did not pay the electric bill (which I had already given him cash for) and they shut our power off (during a HUGE blizzard, which I thought was illegal but I guess not). I was out of town the weekend this happened and I lost my whole saltwater tank and my first BP I ever owned
Maybe I should start again now that I pay my own bills and don't have scrubs tinkering with my animals' security
