    Talking My New Buddies!

Hey guys, it finally happened! I went and picked up the breeding pair of 100% het pieds. Beautiful little animals, well not that little, the female is small but the male is a yearling. So what do you guys think?:
    Female:

I am thinking that I want to name them Perseus and Andromeda but I am open to suggestions as far as good ones for this pair. Both are fed on live rats right now and I plan to try and switch them over to frozen thaw but we will see what happens. So... What do you guys think?

Nice! Awesome that you're planning on some pied projects. I think the names are great.

Thanks, yeah I LOVE pieds, the first time I saw them I was all over them, and I can't afford one up front... They are pretty pricey... But breeding for them is something I could get behind, I have been wanting to breed for a while now and I think that when these two get to be larger I will have my perfect chance.

She has a beautiful opal tint to her. Very nice. Congrats and hope you hit some nice pieds.

I'm thinking I will name the male Prometheus actually... I like the sound of it. I will leave the little lady as andromeda though.

I love his color too. Really bright, the female is a darker earthier tone to me though, which is also really nice. Just a great buy all around.
