Possibly. Not a very good example of one if it is. Have you emailed or contacted Corey Woods? He is the discoverer of that morph and would be your best bet on a positive ID.
I don't think he is but if you google Corey Woods ball pythons he comes up. Also he is on bush league breeders club a lot. It's another forum site. You can try there
