Honestly, I really don't think anyone will be able to help you without pictures. I really have no idea what you mean by "flicked up", and by the lack of responses I don't think anyone else does either lol. Once you post pictures people will chime in.

I think what you're seeing is a snake which is about to bust with poop. I could be wrong, but if it's like a the letter "l" with a slight curve at the top then more than likely that's what it is, but as said before, pics would help, a lot!

I have no idea. But that is the classic tail stance of a snake about to poop. He might have a small blockage. How often is he doing this?
PS Snakes do have one opening, (as do birds and lizards) called a cloaca. their sex organs and anus and vent is internal.

I think part of the reason the OP isn't getting many responses is due to how hard it is to read their posts..

Seeing as how almost no one ever fills in the location part of their profile on here, it's impossible to say, but I'm willing to bet the OP is not in the USA. Or quite young. Therefore the grammar should be no big deal..

As for the OPs question... You're saying the urates (pee) are very small and few.. It's holding it's tail curved up..

Is this snake eating well for you? Every 5-7 days? Clean fresh water at all times? Proper temperatures in its enclosure? Proper humidity? Poops? Pees a little liquid also?

If you answered yes to all of these, I doubt anything is wrong with your snake. If not, my first two guesses would be dehydration, and/or constipation.
