Re: What is wrong with my ball? Burn? Rot?
Since it is on both sides, and you can already see some bad sheeding, I would say she has rubbed it.

Dead skin. Once she sheds completely she should look like a new paint job was just applied. A rub is also a possibility, doubtful it's a burn.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?

I'm guessing it would come off with the next shed. (The one after the current one)

Okay thanks guys. What should I do in the mean time? Anything I should do different? What can I do to aid in her shedding? I live in Florida so her humidity is at about 60% usually and I mist when they are in shed.
If it is a rub what can be done to stop that behavior?

Re: What is wrong with my ball? Burn? Rot?
I have watched 2 of mine rub just before they fully shed. This is a wild guess, but I think they rub to start the shed.

Mine rub their noses sometimes when they want to come out of their enclosure or when they're hungry.
It's always gone away with sheds.
If you're really concerned, you can swab it with diluted betadine to keep it clean. Other than that, there isn't much you can do.

UPDATE!
This girl shed again a couple of days ago and she is completely fine! No more of those marks on her face and that makes me a happy snake mama

It almost looks like a bruise to me not so much a rub mark albinos show bruises easily and it is pronounced. I'd take a quick look for a small opening than she may have tried to fit her head into and could not.
