Black bloods hatching...
And I'm pretty pleased with what I'm seeing so far! Heads are nice and dark and there's a lot of reverse striping that got passed on.

Exciting !!! I'd love to have a Blood, just need to find a decent breeder. Best of luck to the little beauties!

How is their temperment when compared to bloods? I've found bloods to be moody little boogers that are always willing to attempt to eat your hand!

I've had five of them total at this point, and all five of them have been pretty docile. Of course if it's feeding time they'll be more than happy to eat your hand, but that goes for every species that I've kept!

I think I have the derpiest blood on the planet. She doesn't strike at her food, just kinda opens her mouth and hopes that food will go in. She once spent 30 mins trying to get a rat to go down sideways. Mina has never been tempermental, even when I first got her and she has been one of the most docile snake I've ever had.
