I don'y know, but maybe the process of him shedding cut a little of the paper thin skin in the anus of the snake? you should examine.

It is normal for them to bleed a little from the cloaca when shedding. I have a few of my snakes that do this almost every time. It is also normal for them to urinate or deficate immediately after shedding. Almost all of mine do that.

the one spur is probably just a random little fluke, or the oher is just under developed, lol.

    This is completely normal.
