    sheds and breeding timing.

    Here's the progression.

    July 26th she started glowing
    August 2-6 i was away
August 10 she's in a nearly perfect coil and gone blue

Is it possible i missed an ovy? I was under the impression they shed, glowed, ovulated THEN shed??

    Here's her yesterday.

She looks pretty thick in that pic. Has she been staying warm side? Bowl wrapping? Etc? They sometimes have funny sheds that screw with yur mind. I had 2 females this year shed 2 times after ovy! The usually have a pre ov shed, glow, then ovy, then 2 weeks later pre lay shed, then a month later lay. Those are approximate and vary by snake. I'd keep the incubator ready and keep watching her. She looks pretty good to me. You probably missed the ovy

I'll mark it down and build my incubator then! I haven't caught her bowl wrapping but she has been on the warm side. I've been treating her for an URI, hoping the antibiotics won't affect the babies(chloramphenicol)

Ive got a couple girls that have been bowl wrapping and are in a shed cycle(pre-ovy, hopefully).

This is happening a lot quicker than I anticipated LOL

When did u start pairing her? Sometimes they are already building follicles on their own and you hit that perfect moment to fertilize and bam it goes quick.

The babies should be fine. I know a few people who treated RI gravid girls. The babies all hatched out healthy.
