Anyone have an HD camera?

I am in the market for an HD camcorder. I am shopping around and also soliciting opinions from people that have them. So if you have one let me know what you have and what you think of it.

I am mainly looking for one with a hard drive instead of flash or other removal media with USB to transfer to my PC.
