I've sort of taken the lead on this, but it's become my opinion that the misinformation from large companies influences heavily what happens husbandry wise at big box stores. So, with that in mind, I've made a cause on Facebook to begin showing the disapproval of large companies who help propagate the misinformation such as sand for leopard geckos, and only heat lamps for ball pythons.
I feel that if we can influence change at the top, the bottom will follow suit. So, if you feel the same way I do about this then please go to:

And like, share, and promote the cause. We as a community need to take a stand. USARK protects our rights, but they can't do it to the best ability possible because we can't even agree within the hobby.
