Hats & Balls
I collect two things; hats and balls. I got bored Saturday so I decided to pull the light box out and play a little. The first up is my 900g 2011 Female Pastel Yellow Belly produced by Fireball Reptiles and 2nd is my 850g 2011 Female Spider that I adopted from the local animal shelter for $27.00. Her previous owners purchased her from a reptile show but after a couple of months decided that she smelled bad and no longer wanted her. At this time I have way more hats than snakes and plan to do this with a lot of them in hopes of getting the attention of my favorite hat manufacture and possibly having some custom "Balls Out Morphs" hats made.

Wow I like both snakes! The spider almost has a HGW look to it, and the PYB has some sweet color

To be honest I've thought the same thing but until I breed her next year I won't know for sure. The animal shelter I got her from told me that the previous owners stated that they had purchased her from a reptile show for their son and that they had paid $600 for her. They also told them that she was a "high end" Spider Ball Python but didn't give any other info on her other than she smelled too bad to keep as a pet.
When I got into collecting balls I decided to contact every animal shelter within about 75 miles of me to question if they had any and gave them my info to call me if they ever took any in. This is the 5th ball python I have adopted, the other 4 are beautiful adult female normals. I was blown away when I got the call on this girl and even more so when I saw her in person. I paid the $27.00 reptile adoption fee and smiled for days over her. She now has her own tub, eats every 5 days, and I don't smell a thing.

That's a heck of deal bro. I say she's got either fire or enchi in her. She just looks too bright to be plain Spider.

Looking at photos of each of those I'd say it's very possible, but only time will tell.

This pic doesn't do it justice and is almost a year old.
Every shed, it gets lighter and has the same weird 'irridescent' look that my Fire's tail stripe has.
He also has almost no white on him except for his belly.
His sides are a pale peach and bright yellow color.
Does that 'mean' anything?
Hook him up with a female and find out!
