This honestly just gives all of us in west virginia such a bad rep. Not only are we the most obese state, the self voted most unhappy state, one of the highest meth producing states and possibly one of the worst economies, we have people like this who feel that handling a hot is some how going to make a difference in peoples lives. I understand it's their religious belief that by handling a serpent, they're granted the power to heal others, or at least that's what I took from it.
