    It's That Time Again...

It's time for my nearly-annual pilgrimage across the country to a new state to live in. HOPEFULLY we'll be there for two years this time around. But 3 out of the last 4 times they've told us that, they've yanked us out and moved us again after only a year or so. So I'm not really going to be able to actually relax in our new home until we've had a full year go by without getting new orders.

Ahhh...sorry for the whining. It's really a small price to pay compared to a great many things in our world and our lives.

But I AM slammed for time. Packers arrive in just two more days...at the same time I'm dealing with last days of school, Dean's graduation, and dealing with all the logistics of the cross country drive with critters and kids.

The t-shirt store is officially closed. Sorry for no advanced notice! It'll be open again in about a month...maybe sooner if the movers don't get all our stuff TOO mixed up.

In case anyone is wondering, we're headed for San Antonio, TX. We've lived there before, and are very much looking forward to living there again. It's a beautiful city and close enough to family to make it extra special.

So bear with me if I'm a little short tempered, or abrupt with communications. The abruptness may not even be due to temper, but simply lack of time and poor stress management on my part.

    Here we go again....

Godspeed on the trip, and, as you well know, keep track of the little orange stickers...or green, or whatever color the moving company decides to use

I had a serious wave of anxiety fly over when reading about the packers showing up. I'm still traumatized after my move six months ago.

Best of luck with the move. Hope your household goods and sanity make it there in one piece!
