I've seen them at shows for $10-$15. I sold mine last year at the Reading show for $10 a piece.

The only Tokays I have seen command any price are the morphs. I think the local shop here sells the normals for $15-20.

If the tokay is wc due to the fact that they always need some sort of deworming to thrive they are usually sold for 10-20$.
As a captive breeder of toks though I stress to folks all the time that spending the little bit of extra money in a well bred, compleatly clean, freely handled baby/juvy/ or adult is much more worthwhile in the end. I've seen people buy Ill tokays for yes 6-20$ and then they spend 130.00 in vet bills or the animal dies.
When you could have spent 100.00 total for a well started animal that doesn't not need vet treatment right off the bat.
If you do not know for a fact that the animal came from a breeder and or you bought it from a Petstore or most expos I STRONGLY urge you to spend the time and money getting a fecal test done. The test itself is only 25-30$ from a vet. The appt and deworming and Other possible treatments are what can add up. In the end you will have a tokay that will thrive instead of being starved slowly to death because of parasites.
Any animal is only really "worth" anything if it is healthy.
