Each of my females seems to go at almost the exact same time each year, so I have a good idea she is taking a year off. So in previous years Ive stopped pairing females in June if it doesnt look like they are going to go because I had never had a female start developing later than that. However, ast year I almost paid for this when I just happened to notice a virgin female had developed large follicles in mid August.

As June is getting closer this year, I have a few virgin girls that havent gone yet, but are still locking. Do you think there is any harm in continuing to pair? How long would you keep throwing males in? They are all eating and keeping their weight up so Im leaning towards it being fine, but is there something Im missing?
