    Ender - my new BCI!

I had this Anery Lavender cornsnake that my local reptile store owner wanted because a younger kid was in with his mom looking for a corn snake that was "Unique" so I showed them picture of mine and long story short, I traded my corn snake to the petstore and got the last of the owners most recent clutch/litter of BCIs. Both the mother and the father are het albino so I will be interesting if this guy proves out down the road sometime.

Without further ado...here's my little guy!

The only question I have is...how much redder should I expect the tail to get? Some I have seen at young ages are VERY red...others not so much.
    My Critters:
    Balls:
    0.1 Pastel "Bellatrix"
    1.0 Pewter "Brian"
    0.1 Bumblebee "Betty"
    1.0 Ghost Mojave "Javier"
    0.1 Mojave het Ghost "Rogue"

    Mammals:
    1/2.0 Cat "Magellan"

    Other Reptiles:
    1.0 100% het albino Hognose
0.1 Fire Tiger Bearded Dragon "Cake"
    0.0.1 Sulcata "Boss/Bossie"

He kept going for the camera Lens! Took a couple of tries to snap off a good in focus shot of him...he was literally licking the camera!

Is that guy het albino by chance?

EDIT: I should really learn to read first. I think you have a het albino on your hands.

Great looking baby! Congrats on the pickup!

To answer your question, I doubt his tail will get any redder. The pics you've probably seen of boas with really red tails were probably "true" red tail boas - BCC. Their tails are almost blood-red. BCIs don't have that much red in the tails. Their tails will be somewhat brown or rusty at the most.

What evanstar said. The boa constricter constricter (or BCC) has the really red tail. The boa constricter Imperator has the redish black tail like yours and mine as well. Good looking snake tho. Boas are so much fun to have!

Bias are great. So easy to feed and take care of. If it weren't for the size of some of them I would say they are the best beginner snake. I've never had a feeding issue or an aggressive boa.
