I think there is a VERY HIGH demand for banana/coral glows, which is what keeps the prices up. If there wasn't, it would not cost what it does. Over the next few years, the demand will only grow as the price on them comes down and is affordable to more people. Now is probably still a pretty safe time to invest in a banana or 2 if you have the money.

    I agree and disagree.

Agree: they're a "newer" morph with the possibilities yo make even more combos and not many available, which droves up the cost

Dis-agrew: most people can't afford them... meaning that most of the ones born will stay with the larger breeders.

As far as I know, the people producing CG/Bananas don't have a problem selling them. Prices are going to drop, very likely this year and every year after, making them more affordable to a larger customer base, year after year, increasing demand until they become so common that the supply outweighs the demand.

I think your going to see the prices come down really quick personally. Supply on the males is no longer low, generation 2's clutches produce male bananas 50% of the time. The only mystery left is how do generation 3 males work.

Spiders 7 years ago were 20g+. Think of this as an investment. It's something that will always sell, and make you money. You have more chance doing better with this morph than putting it into stocks. Unless you know stocks, and never hit red. If I had about 5-10 years under my belt, or more knowledge, I'd take out a loan and buy one.
