    BP Fart...

I think I remember reading on here one time that BPs do fart sometimes... Is it/can it be loud?

Cuz I think my BP just let one rip, and it was LOUD, no exaggeration... like taking a bucket of noise putty and smashing your fist in it >.<

I'm a little concerned though because after I realised it was coming from Dannie's cage, and freaking out a little while I got the lid off, there was a little bit of brown liquid which is undoubtedly poo, but it wasn't solid nor a very big spot. Just wondering if it's fine? Could it be diarrhea (if they even get that)? I would assume a fart that loud has to produce something so not sure if I'm worry over nothing... I guess I'm just a little shaken up by the thunderous boom

I've always been told that a fart is a turd honking for the right-of-way. I think it's fairly normal for that to happen. Everyone gets a case of the trots or accidentally poop a little when you fart. Mine have had a little runny pooh before but they are fine.

My hubby heard one of ours let one fly late one night. Scared the crap out of him. He wasn't sure what it was and started a thread on it. I heard a rumble from the tubs one night too. Pretty sure it was a fart. Checked the tubs next morning and no poo anywhere. I don't think I would worry too much.

Great! I guess it's just one of those "WTF" moments. I seem to have a lot of those where I live... our neighborhood is a little weird around the holidays
