    Just curious.

So I am just now getting into ball pythons and I really want to breed them some day, but I was wondering if any of you that have been breeding for a while ever get a male or female that seems to always pass on the same gene.

For example what if my lemon blast female seemed to only pass on the pinstripe gene, it still passed on the others but pinstripe is always very common with her clutches. Does this every happen or have you noticed that its always random?

    0.1 Lesser

    Crested Gecko(s)
    0.0.2 Pinstripe (I think)

    Re: Just curious.

Besides homozygous animals, the chances of having an animal always throw a gene get exponentially greater with each egg. You might have some people give you stories of luck. If that's what your looking for there are plenty of them out there and it is cool to hear them, but what your about to receive is not really information that pertains to anything, just good stories. I already have the math laid out if your curious.
